Our Services. Munchie Mania delivers Hot Dog Truck, Loaded Nachos, Street Food Catering, Hot Dog Catering, Event Food Truck, Hot Dog Cart, Hot Dogs. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Munchie Mania or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
End of Use. Munchie Mania may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
As-Is Basis. https://munchiemaniaconcord.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Munchie Mania makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Munchie Mania's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Munchie Mania against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of VA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in VA.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
